PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Danielle Delongchamp is president & chief executive officer of Concorde Investment Services and president of Concorde Wealth Management, where she leads the firm's strategic direction, operational execution and long-term growth initiatives across its broker-dealer, RIA and insurance platforms.
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Danielle brings deep expertise in operations, supervision, regulatory oversight, technology modernization and cybersecurity. She joined Concorde in January 2017 and has been a core member of the executive leadership team for over nine years, playing a pivotal role in the firm's evolution, scalability and infrastructure transformation.
As chief executive officer, Danielle is responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategy with a focus on operational excellence, process innovation and disciplined governance. Her leadership prioritizes delivering meaningful value to all stakeholders, including independent financial professionals, end investors, strategic partners and Concorde's internal teams. Under her guidance, the firm has strengthened its compliance culture, invested heavily in technology and cybersecurity, and enhanced the support model that differentiates Concorde in the independent wealth management space.
Danielle is widely recognized for her leadership and impact within the industry. In 2025, she was named Broker-Dealer Chief Executive Officer of the Year by WealthManagement.com, a distinction that reflects her forward-thinking approach, commitment to advisor success and ability to lead through complexity in an evolving regulatory and competitive landscape.
Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and completed her undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University. She maintains FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) and Series 24 (General Securities Principal) registrations.
