
DIRECTOR OF ADVISORY TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE
Terry Delongchamp is director of advisory technology experience at Concorde, where he leads technology initiatives focused on enhancing the advisor experience, optimizing operational efficiency and advancing the firm’s technology strategy. He works closely with leadership to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that strengthen advisor workflows and support Concorde’s long-term growth.
With nearly 30 years of experience in technology leadership, Terry brings deep expertise in information technology, operations, cybersecurity and digital transformation. Before joining Concorde, he served in a senior leadership role with Washtenaw County, providing strategic oversight of enterprise IT operations while leading multidisciplinary teams and driving process improvements across infrastructure, cybersecurity and service delivery.
Prior to his work in government, Terry held leadership positions across multiple industries, including director of IT operations and ITIL at Learning Care Group and director of technology at Common Sail Investment Group. He also spent more than two decades in the financial services industry as chief information officer and director of information systems for a nationally recognized independent broker-dealer and its affiliated firms, where he played a key role in scaling technology platforms, improving advisor workflows and supporting significant organizational growth.
Throughout his career, Terry has been recognized for aligning technology strategy with business objectives and delivering practical solutions that improve both the advisor and employee experience. His work earned national recognition as a runner-up for the FTF News Technology Innovation Award for advancements in advisor technology platforms.
A U.S. Army veteran, Terry served as an M1A1 Tank Commander and received multiple military honors during his service. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designations and continues to pursue advanced certifications in cybersecurity and IT service management.
