Kathy Hofer is chief financial officer of Concorde, where she oversees the firm’s financial strategy, accounting operations and financial reporting. She plays a key role in maintaining the firm’s financial strength, supporting operational excellence and ensuring the financial infrastructure necessary to support Concorde’s continued growth.
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kathy brings extensive expertise in broker-dealer and registered investment advisor accounting, financial and operational principal (FINOP) responsibilities, operations and regulatory reporting. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen financial processes, improve operational efficiencies and build scalable accounting functions.
Prior to joining Concorde, Kathy held financial leadership positions with several broker-dealers, registered investment advisors and a futures firm. She has significant experience supporting startup financial services organizations, where she successfully built accounting departments from the ground up and developed operational and financial procedures that enhanced efficiency and supported long-term growth.
Kathy earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Walsh College. She holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 28, 63 and 99 registrations.
